Senior Data Platform Engineer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is looking for a Senior Data Platform Engineer to join its talent network and work on flexible, project‑based engagements with U.S. clients. You will integrate directly into the client’s team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver production‑ready AI‑enabled data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Automate Databricks jobs, clusters, and serving endpoints using REST APIs and Infrastructure as Code.
• Design, maintain, and evolve GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines across multiple repositories.
• Establish SDLC guardrails, branch protection, code ownership, and secure secret management.
• Manage Databricks Unity Catalog, access controls, and data lineage.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability for cloud and data platforms.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Extensive experience administering and optimizing Databricks on AWS in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record with Terraform and cloud infrastructure automation.
