Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst in the FP&A department will drive company performance by developing forecasts, managing budgets, and delivering insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Financial Modeling: Build complex models to simulate scenarios, evaluate investments and monitor key performance indicators.
• Reporting & Variance Analysis: Review monthly financial packages, compare actuals to budgets/forecasts, explain discrepancies and highlight trends for senior management.
• Strategic Partnership: Work closely with department heads to understand business drivers, align financial goals and provide operational insights.
• Process Improvement: Enhance reporting tools, automate workflows and improve financial systems for greater efficiency.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasts and long‑range (5‑year) planning.

Required profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years in finance, accounting or FP&A, preferably with multi‑site projects, recurring revenue or inventory management.
• Industry exposure: Managed Services, Banking, FinTech, Retail Support, Facility Transformation, Physical Security.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• ERP systems such as Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Business intelligence tools: Power BI, Tableau.
• Forecasting platforms: Cube, Adaptive, Hyperion.
