Senior Software Engineer – CRM+ Platform (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Join FullStack's talent network to work on flexible, project‑based development for U.S. clients as a Senior Software Engineer focused on CRM+ platforms. You will integrate directly into the client’s team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers while delivering AI‑enhanced solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate into the client’s engineering team and collaborate with designers and engineers on a daily basis.
• Participate in customer discovery conversations, root‑cause analyses, and occasional demos.
• Own projects end‑to‑end, from design through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure production reliability on Azure.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in C#/.NET.
• 3+ years of experience with Vue (React or Angular experience also acceptable).
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong experience building and operating production systems on Azure and with SQL Server.
• Hands‑on experience using Claude Code for AI‑assisted development.
• Customer‑first, product‑mindset with excellent cross‑functional communication.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams and taking extreme ownership of deliverables.
