SEO & Paid Ads Specialist (Google & Microsoft)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO & Paid Ads Specialist to own our search engine visibility and manage profitable advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. The role focuses on generating leads, improving organic rankings, and optimizing paid media performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and on‑page SEO elements.
• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Monitor budgets, conversions, ROI and continuously improve ad performance.
• Create and test ad copy, audience segments, and landing page variations.
• Track results using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other reporting tools.
• Provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering measurable SEO results.
• Strong track record managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Ability to analyse data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent English communication skills and self‑motivation for remote work.
