About the role

Puulse Marketing is seeking a creative professional to own its online presence and internal communications. This remote, full‑time contractor role blends social‑media content creation, graphic design, and copy‑editing for a performance‑driven sales and marketing company.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging social‑media posts for recruiting and culture channels such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Design internal communications including employee shout‑outs, leaderboards, incentive announcements, and newsletters.
• Develop recruiting and employer‑brand content that showcases real employees and authentic stories.
• Support marketing materials across print and digital formats as needed.
• Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Proofread and polish copy to ensure clear, on‑brand messaging.

Required profile

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating social‑media and digital work.
• Excellent written and spoken English at C2 level.
• Detail‑oriented with solid proofreading instincts.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in graphic design tools for creating social‑media assets.
• Basic photo‑retouching abilities.
• Fundamental video‑editing skills.
