Solutions Engineer (Support) – Remote

About the role

As a Solutions Engineer (Support) you will provide high‑level technical assistance to BairesDev’s customers, ensuring seamless integration and operation of our services. You act as the critical bridge between client needs and internal engineering teams, driving successful onboarding and rapid issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to REST API integrations and technical workflows.
• Analyze source code and database records to pinpoint root causes of incidents.
• Guide partners through technical onboarding, enforcing best‑practice implementation.
• Facilitate clear communication between external stakeholders and internal development teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Monitor system health and customer feedback to proactively address integration friction.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Technical Support, or Solutions Engineering.
• Proven expertise troubleshooting REST APIs and supporting technical integrations.
• Advanced ability to read source code and write complex SQL queries.
• Strong hands‑on experience in customer‑facing technical roles and partner onboarding.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical issues for both customers and engineers.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
