About the role
The Application Support position provides technical assistance for internal software applications. The role is ideal for recent graduates with a background in computer science who are eager to apply their programming and help‑desk experience in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve application‑related incidents.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in ASP.Net, MVC, C#, and JavaScript based applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to communicate bugs and suggest improvements.
- Generate and maintain reports using Crystal Reports.
- Assist in database queries and data extraction using PL/SQL for Oracle databases.
Required profile
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum two years of experience as a Junior Programmer or Help Desk professional.
- Residence in Villanueva or surrounding areas.
