About the role

The company is looking for a Technical Support professional to provide timely and efficient assistance to end‑users, ensuring that all IT equipment and digital tools operate smoothly. The role focuses on maintaining productivity across the organization by resolving hardware and software issues and supporting new employee onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures with a user‑centric approach.
• Prepare, configure, and deploy computers, phones, printers, tablets and related peripherals for new hires.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all IT devices.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of equipment and accessories.
• Install and update required software according to internal policies.
• Manage quotations, purchase orders and supplier payments for IT equipment.
• Coordinate internal approvals and ensure timely procurement.
• Communicate continuously with internal departments and vendors to guarantee uninterrupted support.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or related IT roles.
• Age between 25 and 45 years.
• Currently enrolled in an Informatics or Systems degree (at least first year).
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1‑B2).
• Service‑oriented mindset, problem‑solving ability and collaborative attitude.
• Organised, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.
