Sourcing Specialist – Temporary Contract

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Specialist on a temporary contract to lead our talent acquisition sourcing strategy. You will build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple channels, supporting the company’s fast‑growing hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with applicants, answer inquiries via social media and other platforms.
• Process and track job submissions, ensuring accurate candidate records.
• Generate candidate leads through online sourcing, referral programs, external events and vendor management.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that meet partner requirements.
• Conduct and coordinate pre‑employment tests and assessments.
• Participate in job fairs, hiring events and promote recruiting through job portals and social media.
• Create promotional activities and host events to attract talent.
• Build strong relationships with internal employees and hiring managers.

Required profile

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in BPO recruitment or sourcing (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, holidays and weekends as needed.

• Proficiency in using social media platforms for candidate outreach.
• Experience with job portals, applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
