SQL Data Analyst

About the role

The SQL Data Analyst will manage and analyse enterprise data to support accurate reporting, operational insight, and informed decision‑making across Food For The Poor. Based in San Pedro Sula, this position works closely with business users and technical teams to ensure data integrity and timely access to trusted information.

Key responsibilities

• Manage master data processes, including creation, updates, validation, maintenance and deletion in line with governance standards.
• Develop, modify and maintain T‑SQL queries, stored procedures and SSIS packages for reporting and automation.
• Generate recurring and ad‑hoc reports, datasets and extracts that meet business requirements.
• Support the design, maintenance and improvement of reporting environments, data sources, metadata and security.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to refine requirements and assess downstream impacts of source‑system changes.
• Provide quality assurance for imported and integrated data, validating completeness and consistency.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Hands‑on experience with relational databases and reporting environments.
• Proven ability to work with business users to translate requirements into practical data solutions.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality controls and confidentiality policies.
