Strategic Planning & Financial Assessment Advisor (Volunteer)

About the role

Cuso International is seeking a volunteer advisor to support ANDI, a leading industry association in Honduras, in updating its strategic plan and strengthening its financial performance framework. This five‑month placement starts in December 2026 and offers a chance to contribute to sustainable economic development.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess the current Institutional Strategic Plan and related documentation.
• Design and facilitate a methodology for updating the strategic plan, including workshops and stakeholder consultations.
• Develop and present a comprehensive five‑year Institutional Strategic Plan aligned with member priorities.
• Conduct an initial diagnostic assessment of financial management practices among ANDI members.
• Provide recommendations to improve financial planning, monitoring, reporting, and sustainability.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Strategic Management or related field.
• Experience in strategic planning, organizational development, or institutional strengthening.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working with industry associations, private‑sector or economic development programs.
