About the role

The company is seeking a proactive Sales Supervisor to lead its commercial team in San Pedro Sula. This role focuses on driving field sales, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the mass‑consumption, retail, or communications sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Plan, execute, and monitor field sales activities across the urban area of San Pedro Sula.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market trends and company objectives.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide coaching to improve individual and team results.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Required profile

• University student or graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising commercial teams.
• Background in mass‑consumption, retail, or communications sales.
• In‑depth knowledge of the San Pedro Sula urban area.
• Experience in field sales with a results‑driven mindset.
• Own motorcycle and a valid driver’s license (mandatory).
• Immediate availability.
