Supervisor/a de Ventas – Poultry & Processed Meats

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead and execute sales operations for our poultry and processed meat business in the Comayagua and Choluteca zones. The role will guide frontline sales staff, develop sales programs, and ensure targets are met while promoting our portfolio of food ingredients and branded products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement sales programs to achieve business objectives.
• Plan, direct and coordinate sales activities across the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on new products, pricing, and innovations.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Support less‑experienced sales representatives in solving complex issues.
• Make personnel decisions regarding hiring, performance management and disciplinary actions for direct reports.
• Monitor and review the tasks and performance of the sales team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of directly related sales experience; 3 years preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in food, poultry, or related industries is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned zone.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of sales processes and tactics.
• Ability to train and coach sales teams.
• Excellent communication and customer education skills.
