About the role
The Supervisor of Child Protection Case Management will lead the team responsible for handling protection cases for children in Honduras. This position ensures that case processes follow Plan International’s high‑quality standards and child‑rights policies.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily case management activities and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
- Monitor compliance with Plan International’s child protection policies and gender‑equality principles.
- Coordinate with local partners, authorities, and internal units to provide comprehensive support to children at risk.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to case workers, fostering a safe and professional environment.
- Prepare regular reports on case trends, outcomes, and program impact.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in child protection, social work, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of child‑rights frameworks and gender‑sensitive approaches.
- Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and manage case workloads.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish; English is an asset.
