Systems Administrator

About the role

MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career‑oriented Systems Administrator to support mission‑critical infrastructure at its Soto Cano location in Honduras. The role involves ensuring high availability, security compliance, and efficient operation of enterprise servers and networks.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise server hardware, operating systems, and virtualized environments.
• Manage user accounts, Active Directory structures, group policies, and system permissions across mission networks.
• Perform routine maintenance, vulnerability patching, software upgrades, and diagnostic evaluations to meet security baselines.
• Monitor system performance, storage availability, and network services to proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with network engineers, technical teams, and site leadership to maintain high system availability.
• Maintain accurate configuration records, technical documentation, and baseline inventories.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of systems administration experience, or equivalent degree with relevant experience.
• Current active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience supporting U.S. Military Command operations or DoD environments is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, or VMware Certified Professional are a plus.

Required skills
