T2 Distribution Coordinator

About the role

The T2 Distribution Coordinator will lead daily logistics operations, ensuring that product flow, packaging lines, and inventory management meet demand and quality standards. This position reports to senior operations management and works closely with warehouse and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise staff assignments to meet daily demand.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and performance indicators.
• Manage unloading, sorting, packaging, and miscellaneous activities.
• Control daily inventories of finished goods and packaging materials.
• Analyze process productivity and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Ensure timely supply to packaging lines.
• Supervise compliance with industrial safety standards and workplace order.
• Coordinate return of packaging and proper product rotation to guarantee freshness.
• Lead teams, fostering a high‑performance and continuous‑improvement culture.

• Experience in logistics, distribution, or manufacturing operations.
