Technical Manager - Remote Work

About the role

Technical Manager at BairesDev acts as the technical expert in conversations with leads and prospects, translating business problems into concrete solution proposals. You will work closely with sales, delivery and presales teams to define role definitions, team compositions, project estimates and proposals across software engineering, AI, data and analytics, cloud and quality domains.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with leads and prospects alongside the sales team, turning requirements into clear documents and articulating BairesDev’s delivery value.
• Travel to client sites or events to showcase technical capabilities and approach.
• Conduct technical discussions to determine optimal solutions and team structures.
• Collaborate with presales on proposals, estimates and team recommendations.
• Provide consultancy on best practices in software delivery within your area of expertise.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in the Software Development Lifecycle building software with teams.
• 3+ years specialized experience in a specific SDLC area, language, framework or technology.
• Experience selling technology outsourcing through pre‑sales or sales teams.
• Subject‑matter expertise in at least one vertical domain.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
