Technical Program Analyst – Remote (6‑month contract)

About the role

This hands‑on Technical Program Analyst position supports a Program Manager during a major re‑platforming initiative for a high‑growth food‑tech company. You will be the first hire in the new Program Office, building the infrastructure needed to keep multiple engineering workstreams organized and on track.

Key responsibilities

• Standardize technical documentation and maintain program plans and RAID logs.
• Track developer activity and proficiency, document metrics, and monitor timelines, progress, and blockers.
• Support the Program Manager in coordinating engineering workstreams and ensuring delivery against milestones.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Coordinator, or Project Manager within an engineering or product organization.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills with the ability to translate technical details for both engineering and business stakeholders.
• Self‑directed, comfortable building processes from scratch, advanced English proficiency, and based in LATAM.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with GitHub, Confluence, and Jira.
• Experience setting and communicating standards for engineering teams.
• Bonus: familiarity with Datadog dashboards and Jellyfish platforms.
