Tier 3 Network / NOC Support

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tier 3 Network/NOC Support engineer to troubleshoot and resolve complex network and infrastructure issues, and to support critical incidents in a high‑availability environment.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and infrastructure issues.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting on routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs and LAN/WAN environments.
• Analyze network performance, logs, alerts and connectivity issues.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for recurring or critical incidents.
• Implement and support network infrastructure changes and configurations.
• Handle escalations from Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams.
• Coordinate with vendors and other technical teams when required.
• Document solutions, changes and troubleshooting procedures.
• Support critical incidents and ensure timely resolution according to SLAs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in network engineering or advanced network support.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and switching.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco networking technologies.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, VLANs and LAN/WAN.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, including RCA and incident management.
• Ability to work on critical infrastructure and perform changes safely.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work on‑site and under a rotating schedule.
