Trade Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Coordinator to join our team in San Pedro Sula. In this full-time, on-site position you will help shape and execute trade marketing strategies that drive market share and profitability for our beverage portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade marketing plans and promotional activities.
• Design and launch in-store and channel-specific campaigns.
• Analyse sales and market data to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance and product management.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support business planning and forecasting activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent analytical skills for interpreting sales and market research data.
• Experience in business planning and strategy development.
• Ability to work on-site and manage teamwork effectively.
• Previous experience in the beverage or FMCG industry is a plus.
