Training Operator

About the role

Coloplast is seeking a Training Operator to deliver on‑site training for production staff in its Zona Franca La Lima facility. The role supports the development of operators by following established training plans, ensuring compliance with procedures, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site training sessions for production employees.
• Complete training hour control forms and document instructional materials.
• Verify training completion and administer knowledge‑check tests.
• Assign direct production hours when not training, covering vacations, sick leave, and other gaps.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the supervisor and perform retraining when needed.
• Follow all work guidelines, report difficulties, and flag system inefficiencies.
• Take responsibility for identified safety aspects and promote a positive EHS culture.

Required profile

• Completed 9th grade (basic secondary education).
• Previous experience as a facilitator or trainer.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret and implement departmental procedures.
• Capability to convey skills and knowledge to team members.
• Preferred: technical degree in Business Administration, Quality or Production, experience in quality or production areas, certified trainer, background in medical‑device industry.
