Training Quality Specialist (Remote)

About the role

The Training Quality Specialist supports new sales representatives throughout their onboarding, certification, and simulated‑call training. Working remotely, you will be the primary point of contact for trainees, answering questions, reviewing AI‑generated sales calls, and delivering actionable coaching to ensure they meet Tribe Wellness’s sales quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for new hires during training hours, responding to inquiries and guiding them through training resources and expectations.
• Review AI‑agent simulated sales calls, evaluate performance against quality, compliance, and sales rubrics, and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Assign targeted “One Thing” micro‑learning modules based on identified coaching opportunities.
• Monitor trainee progress across required trainings, certifications, and simulated calls, flagging individuals who fall behind or repeatedly struggle.
• Escalate significant performance, compliance, attendance, or training concerns to Quality & Compliance leadership and maintain accurate documentation of all coaching activities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, quality assurance, call‑center coaching, or related training roles.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to deliver specific, constructive feedback while remaining approachable.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple trainees, reviews, and follow‑ups simultaneously.
• Reliable internet connection and a setup suitable for frequent phone and video calls during 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM US Central Time.

Required skills

• Familiarity with training platforms and AI‑based call simulation tools.
• Experience using learning management systems (LMS) and CRM platforms.
• Ability to work with tracking spreadsheets and messaging tools for documentation and communication.
• Understanding of call‑scoring software and quality/rubric evaluation methods.
