Transcript Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking detail‑oriented and highly organized professionals to join our Academic Operations team. This position supports essential student services functions such as transcript processing, registration, and academic documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage student records and academic documentation.
• Request, track, and follow up on official transcripts.
• Review academic documents and maintain accurate records.
• Support student registration and course enrollment processes.
• Enter and verify test scores and other student data.
• Prepare official verification letters and documentation.
• Maintain accurate documentation within internal systems and databases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, data entry, operations, or higher education.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to changing processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with database applications.
