Video Editor – LinkedIn Content (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled video editor to produce sharp, premium LinkedIn videos focused on A/B testing, CRO, landing pages, and design. The role is founder‑led and involves turning raw footage into engaging short‑form social content.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short LinkedIn videos, typically 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
• Transform raw footage into polished, engaging social content.
• Add captions, callouts, zooms, screenshots, charts, and simple motion graphics.
• Apply clean, consistent colour grading to maintain a premium look.
• Enhance audio with basic sound design and level adjustments.
• Make business and data‑heavy topics clear and visually interesting.
• Create strong openings that hook viewers within the first few seconds.
• Repurpose longer recordings into concise clips.
• Maintain a clean, data‑driven brand style.
• Communicate clearly with a U.S.-based team and respond to feedback.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional video‑editing experience.
• Strong portfolio of social‑media videos.
• Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience editing talking‑head, educational, or business content.
• Good written English.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Motion‑graphics or After Effects skills (nice to have).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and YouTube editing styles.
• Interest in A/B testing, CRO, UX, or digital marketing.
