Bilingual HubSpot CRM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual HubSpot CRM Specialist to manage and optimize a newly integrated HubSpot system for a mission‑driven healthcare organization. This part‑time, remote position will enable you to build marketing automation workflows from scratch while supporting outreach to the Latino community.

Key responsibilities

• Navigate and manage HubSpot CRM daily to support marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows within HubSpot.
• Configure CRM fields, pipelines, and data structures to match business needs.
• Create and maintain segmented contact lists for targeted campaigns.
• Support email marketing and community outreach efforts.
• Provide technical guidance on HubSpot features and best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement new marketing tools.
• Ensure data integrity and accurate tracking across the CRM.

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience with the HubSpot CRM platform.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot HubSpot issues.
• Strong understanding of CRM data management and organization.
• Experience with marketing automation or email campaign tools.
