Creative Producer

About the role

Grupo Levanter is seeking a hands‑on Creative Producer to lead the creation of visual experiences that reinforce the brand and engage employees, candidates, and clients. You will work closely with the Marketing team to deliver high‑quality graphics, photography, and video content across digital, print, and event channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for digital and print communications.
• Film, edit, and motion‑graphics corporate, recruitment, and employer‑branding videos.
• Capture professional photography and video at company events and campaigns.
• Operate DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting, microphones, and other AV equipment.
• Maintain and organize the company’s digital media library.
• Coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Operations Specialist to keep brand consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Audiovisual Production, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Bilingual communication skills with low‑intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom.
• Professional DSLR and mirrorless camera operation.
• Video editing and motion‑graphics creation.
• Knowledge of lighting, composition, framing, and basic audio recording techniques.
• Graphic design for both digital and print media.
