Customer Service Representative – Remote

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing dealer of commercial and residential playground and e‑commerce equipment, is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative. You will handle inbound email, chat and phone inquiries, respond to sales leads and proactively assist customers who have requested quotes.

Key responsibilities

• Answer product questions via email, chat and phone.
• Respond to sales leads and customer needs.
• Identify and log trends in requests and issues.
• Proactively reach out to customers who have requested quotes to move projects forward.
