About the role
The Call Intake Specialist will handle incoming calls, perform administrative duties and conduct cold‑calling outreach for a commercial real‑estate business. Training is provided and the position is fully remote.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and act as a receptionist.
- Perform general administration tasks.
- Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Make cold calls to potential leads.
Required profile
- Experience in commercial real estate.
- Fluent English (C2 level).
- Motivated, entrepreneurial attitude, collaborative and sense of urgency.

What we offer
- Full‑time remote opportunity (40 hours/week).
- Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑17:00 PT.
- Payment in USD or local currency according to candidate preference.
