About the role

Work Ninjas is seeking a Customer Service & Lead Intake Agent to support a roofing client. The role involves managing incoming leads, ensuring rapid follow‑up, and delivering a positive customer experience from the first contact through appointment scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally via phone, email, and messaging channels.
• Manage incoming leads, qualify them, and schedule inspections or appointments with the sales team.
• Engage potential customers to gather project details, support basic service inquiries, and escalate high‑priority opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and field teams to maintain smooth lead flow and accurately track all interactions in the CRM.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, lead management, or a similar role.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time‑management, and attention to detail, especially in CRM data entry.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and CallTrackingMetrics (CTM).
