Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our on‑site team in San Pedro Sula. In this role you will assist clients and agents, ensuring a high level of satisfaction through attentive and solution‑oriented interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone‑based support to clients and internal agents, handling a high volume of calls.
• Deliver clear, courteous communication and active listening to resolve inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer requests and interactions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address complex issues.
• Utilize basic computer tools and customer management systems to track and follow up on cases.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in customer service or support.
• Professional phone etiquette with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and attention to detail.
• Organizational skills for handling multiple requests simultaneously.
• Ability to work on‑site in San Pedro Sula.
• High school diploma; further studies in business, communications, or related fields are a plus.
