Dispatch Coordinator – Evening & Night Shifts

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Dispatch Coordinator to join our San Pedro Sula office. The role supports both evening and night operations, ensuring smooth logistics flow across our North American network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage dispatch activities for evening (3 pm‑11 pm) and night (11 pm‑6 am) shifts, including weekend coverage.
• Coordinate with internal departments to verify that all paperwork, reports and correspondence are accurately processed.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication.
• Bachelor’s degree; prior experience in land logistics is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to quickly learn new logistics software and systems.
