Marketing & Onboarding Specialist for Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a creative, tech‑savvy Marketing & Onboarding Specialist to help real‑estate agents and their clients launch and optimise their digital marketing presence. The role combines client onboarding, training on social‑media tools, and the design of branded marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Zoom onboarding sessions with new agents and clients, setting up accounts and digital tools.
• Assist clients in creating and optimising social‑media profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Train clients on effective use of social media for real‑estate marketing.
• Design visually appealing marketing materials such as posts, flyers and banners using Canva.
• Create professional, brand‑consistent email signatures.
• Provide creative ideas and strategies to improve visibility and lead generation.
• Collaborate with agents to align marketing tactics with target audiences and property portfolios.
• Ensure consistent branding and content across all channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social‑media marketing and client onboarding.
• Strong design sense with solid Canva skills.
• Comfortable hosting and leading Zoom sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Organised and able to manage multiple onboarding sessions.
• Basic understanding of the real‑estate or short‑term‑rental industry is a plus.
