Recruitment Specialist – Talent Partner (Remote Latin America)

About the role

As a Talent Partner at Viva Talent you will own and continuously improve the full recruitment cycle, delivering a human‑focused experience from the first outreach through pre‑onboarding for executive assistants across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Own the entire recruitment cycle from first outreach through interviews and pre‑onboarding.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Design and improve recruiting communications, templates and interview instructions.
• Partner with hiring teams to keep processes moving with urgency and quality.
• Use recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and continuously optimise the candidate journey.
• Redesign recruiting workflows using AI and automation.

Required profile

• Candidate‑obsessed, respecting people’s time and delivering real feedback.
• People‑person with at least 1 year in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, People Ops or related fields.
• Sharp communicator in English (C1+), both written and spoken.
• AI‑curious and eager to redesign workflows with new tools.
• Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
• Tech‑fluent, comfortable working remotely with digital tools.
• Long‑term player, having stayed at least 2 years in a recent role.
