Strategic Planning & Organizational Development Advisor

About the role

This 6‑month volunteer placement supports ANDI, a leading industry association in Honduras, to develop a renewed five‑year strategic plan that aligns with its new priorities and enhances its impact on the private sector.

Key responsibilities

• Review existing strategic documents, assess current priorities, challenges and opportunities.
• Develop a methodology and work plan for updating the Institutional Strategic Plan.
• Facilitate consultations and validation sessions with members and key stakeholders.
• Analyze stakeholder feedback and integrate findings into the revised framework.
• Present and validate the final strategic plan with leadership and members.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Strategic Management, Organizational Development or related field (MBA is an asset).
• Experience in strategic planning, organizational development, institutional strengthening, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of governance, change management and performance management.
