About the role
Habtemariam Law Injury Lawyers is expanding its fast‑growing personal injury practice and seeks a remote bilingual lawyer fluent in English and Spanish. The position is fully remote, allowing flexibility while maintaining high standards of client service and case management.
Key responsibilities
- Performing new client intakes and gathering case details.
- Opening and maintaining client files.
- Communicating with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
- Drafting demand letters.
- Filing and verifying balances.
- Preparing accounting records.
- Reviewing and processing faxes and emails.
- Ordering and organizing medical records and bills.
- Assisting attorneys in litigation and other legal matters.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective collaboration with team members to deliver high‑quality work.
