About the role

You will support the CEO in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment, handling both administrative and operational tasks while working remotely from anywhere in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses and event planning.
Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, prepare reports, create SOPs, maintain documentation and coordinate projects.

Required profile

2+ years of professional experience in any field, with at least one role held for 2+ years.
Experience working closely with senior leaders and strong English proficiency (C1).
Proactive attitude and comfort with remote collaboration tools.

What we offer

Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every six months.
Fixed schedule, no overtime, paid holidays, vacation, sick days, family care days and parental leave.
