Warehouse Assistant / Picker

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Assistant / Picker to join our fast‑growing fulfillment centre. You will be responsible for assembling customer orders, handling incoming stock and keeping the workspace organized to support our rapid delivery service.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and on time, following the correct packaging process.
• Receive, inspect and store merchandise, ensuring safety, hygiene and proper temperature control.
• Record all movements in the inventory system promptly.
• Verify that received items match purchase orders and monitor expiration dates and product quality.
• Stock and label products on racks in an orderly manner.
• Suggest layout or process improvements to increase picking productivity.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and communicate them.
• Support inventory audits and assist in handing over orders to delivery riders.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational skills and ability to keep the workspace tidy.
• Commitment to safety and hygiene standards.
• Willingness to learn the product range and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
