Bilingual Front Desk Specialist – Pain Management & Spine

About the role

We are looking for a personable, highly professional Bilingual Front Desk Specialist to support a high‑volume Pain Management and Spine practice. The role involves handling a large volume of patient communications, scheduling appointments, and providing compassionate front‑office support.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place 100+ inbound and outbound calls daily in English and Spanish.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage front‑desk reception workflows.
• Maintain patient records, schedule, and intake using eClinicalWorks (eCW) each day.
• Provide patient‑centered care for individuals with chronic pain and spine conditions.
• Perform preliminary insurance verifications and follow up on prior authorizations as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of front‑desk experience in a Pain Management or Spine practice (preferred).
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with high call volume.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW).

What we offer

• Full‑time contractor position (40 hours per week).
• Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM CST.
• Starting pay rate of $6 per hour, adjusted for skill set and experience.
