Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter to source, engage, and place qualified healthcare professionals across Latin America for U.S.‑based clients. This full‑time contractor position works Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑4 PM PST, and offers a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, vetting, and placing healthcare professionals and Medical Virtual Assistants (MVAs).
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across LATAM using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Handle multiple open requisitions simultaneously while meeting high‑volume expectations.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, acting as the primary liaison between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, status updates, and pipeline metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant healthcare staffing regulations.

Required profile

• Fluent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience across LATAM, preferably for U.S.‑based clients.
• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment independently.
• Direct experience sourcing and placing Medical Virtual Assistants.
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple requisitions.

Required skills

• Hands‑on familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with modern candidate sourcing tools.

What we offer
