Manual QA Specialist – 6‑Month Remote Role

About the role

FullStack is seeking a Manual QA Specialist for a six‑month contract to work remotely with clients across Latin America. You will join the client’s development team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to ensure high‑quality software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, create, and execute functional test cases covering positive, negative, regression, and end‑to‑end scenarios.
• Validate APIs, inspect request/response behavior, and use Swagger/OpenAPI to verify endpoints.
• Utilize browser Developer Tools for DOM inspection, network analysis, and console debugging.
• Identify, document, and report defects with clear reproduction steps, severity, and supporting evidence.
• Perform regression testing and retesting after code changes or defect fixes.
• Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to testing libraries as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional manual QA testing experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong experience with functional and API testing on large, complex systems.
• Hands‑on experience with browser DevTools and Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and communicate technical findings to developers.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
