Senior DevOps Engineer (Databricks) – Remote

About the role

FullStack is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Databricks to join a client’s team on a remote, project‑based basis across Latin America. You will work closely with designers and engineers to deliver scalable data platform solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Databricks on AWS, including clusters, jobs, and serving endpoints.
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform and manage IaC pipelines for multi‑environment deployments.
• Design, implement, and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows across multiple repositories.
• Implement code quality, security checks, and SDLC guardrails using tools such as SQLFluff and PyLint.
• Manage Unity Catalog access controls, data lineage, and secure secret management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience working on large, complex systems in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to solve difficult technical issues.
