About the role

The Project Administrator will coordinate the administrative, financial and accounting activities of Heifer International’s project in Mangulile, Olancho. The role ensures timely implementation of project tasks, supports monitoring of work plans, and guarantees compliance with donor agreements and institutional policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all administrative, financial and accounting processes for the project.
• Monitor budget execution and promote efficient use of resources.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, documentation and financial controls.
• Coordinate procurement, payments and contract management.
• Organize logistics for meetings, events and project activities.
• Prepare and submit administrative and financial reports.

Required profile

• Residence in Mangulile, Olancho with immediate availability to work on‑site.
• University degree in administration, finance, accounting, economics, international trade or related fields.
• Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in project administration, accounting or procurement, preferably with external donor or public fund financing.
