Affiliate Manager LATAM

About the role

PartnerLlama, a performance‑marketing startup based in the Netherlands, is looking for an Affiliate Manager to lead the growth of its publisher network across Latin America. You will be responsible for building new partnerships, negotiating deals and driving revenue in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand PartnerLlama’s network of publishers and affiliates in the LATAM region.
• Identify, contact, negotiate and activate new publishers.
• Manage commercial relationships with existing affiliates and partners.
• Seek new acquisition opportunities and revenue streams.
• Negotiate CPA, CPL, RevShare and other partnership models.
• Analyze campaign performance, traffic, conversions and revenue.
• Work with tracking platforms such as Offer18, Affise and Everflow.
• Identify optimization and growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and meetings in LATAM.
• Stay up‑to‑date on trends, new publishers and opportunities within the performance‑marketing ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, publisher management, business development or partnerships.
• Fluent or native Spanish and professional English.
• Strong knowledge of the affiliate ecosystem in Latin America.
• Commercial, proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving startup.
• Experience with Offer18, Affise or Everflow is required.
• Own portfolio or network of LATAM publishers is a strong plus.
