Analista de Hiring Journey (Trabajo Remoto)

About the role

We are looking for a Hiring Journey Analyst to ensure a smooth and fast recruitment experience for both technical and non‑technical candidates. Working remotely, you will be the main point of contact between BairesDev and candidates, guiding them through each step of the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates, keep them engaged and informed throughout the selection process.
• Maintain detailed records of applicant information, including CVs, assignments and interview evaluations.
• Assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft‑skills and experience.
• Coordinate and participate in interviews, acting as a liaison between the candidate and the client, and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Schedule interviews, coding challenges and tests while maintaining candidate interest.
• Collect and accurately convey the full candidate experience to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.

• Ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Advanced level of English.
