About the role

The company, a leading player in the real estate sector, is looking for a Commercial Sales Specialist to drive the sale of residential projects. You will work directly with clients in the sales showroom, guiding them through the purchasing process and ensuring targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive consulting to clients in the sales office.
• Present housing projects and prepare accurate quotations.
• Manage and follow up leads until the sale is closed.
• Handle contract administration, premium payments, and post‑sale service.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client information in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed commercial sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in long‑cycle or consultative sales (mandatory).
• Experience in real‑estate sales is valued, as well as experience in vehicle, machinery, insurance, financial or industrial product sales.
• Full knowledge of the sales cycle: prospecting, client advising, negotiation, closing, and post‑sale follow‑up.
• University degree in Marketing, Administration, Finance, Communications or related fields.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Residence in Villanueva or San Pedro Sula.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
