About the role

We are seeking a Junior Institutional Advisor to join our sales team in Tegucigalpa. The role focuses on acquiring and managing institutional and corporate clients, particularly in the health and occupational health sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new institutional and corporate customers.
• Sell to Human Resources departments, occupational health services, or company medical staff.
• Maintain and strengthen commercial relationships with the existing client portfolio.
• Promote and present the company’s product portfolio.
• Manage orders, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Follow up on deliveries, inventory levels, and product rotation at client sites.
• Identify business opportunities and report market information.
• Achieve sales targets and document client visits.

Required profile

• Previous experience in B2B sales to HR, occupational health, or corporate medical departments.
• Proven ability to develop new client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Capacity to meet sales targets and report activities accurately.
• Junior‑level experience; recent experience in similar sales roles is preferred.
