Billing Coordinator III – Remote (Research)

About the role

Alia Services is seeking an experienced Billing Coordinator III to own the complete billing lifecycle for research‑related orders. This fully remote, full‑time position involves managing high‑volume financial data, resolving invoice discrepancies, and ensuring accurate financial reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices and validate supporting documentation.
• Track order progression from initiation through customer invoicing.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and complex order issues.
• Perform financial reconciliation and ensure accurate posting.
• Communicate billing status and issues with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume financial data.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can investigate and resolve issues independently.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end billing processes, preferably in a research or finance environment.
