About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with a strong background in commercial construction accounting. The role focuses on managing AIA billing, QuickBooks projects, and overall financial record‑keeping to support our finance department.

Key responsibilities

Collect and review data for financial reports.
Manage invoices and vendor bills.
Prepare and process payments.
Perform account reconciliations.
Identify and suggest improvements for accuracy, efficiency, and cost reduction.

Required profile

Solid understanding of accounting principles and data‑privacy standards.
Advanced English communication skills.
Experience in commercial construction accounting.
Professionalism, strong analytical abilities, and attention to detail.

Required skills

QuickBooks and QuickBooks Projects.
AIA software such as Werx, Knowify, or CAPS.
Familiarity with AIA billing forms G702 and G703.
Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Hubstaff (Web, Desktop, Tasks).
Zoom for virtual meetings.
