Client Operations Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Client Operations Specialist to help busy roofing, restoration and construction business owners implement and run our EdgeOS operational platform. The role is fully remote (LATAM) and offers full training, ideal for early‑ to mid‑career professionals who enjoy turning chaos into structured processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the EdgeOS rollout for assigned clients, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Manage executive calendars and coordinate key meetings to keep leaders focused on priorities.
• Build and maintain scorecards, dashboards, playbooks and internal memo systems, driving their adoption.
• Track progress, follow up on action items and hold stakeholders accountable to the plan.
• Communicate directly with clients to clarify expectations, gather information and maintain momentum.

• System‑thinking ability to turn unstructured situations into clear steps and checkpoints.
• Professional presence to act as a trusted right‑hand to busy business owners.
• Calm under pressure and receptive to feedback.
• Clear, direct communication style – no scripted or robotic responses.

Required skills

• Advanced English (C1+) – excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, organized and ownership‑driven attitude.
• Experience (or willingness to learn) in operations, project management, executive support, process design or playbooks.
