Client Operations Specialist – Remote

About the role

You will partner with busy business owners in roofing, restoration, and construction to build and run an operational "OS" for their companies. The role combines system design, implementation, and ongoing adoption support, with full training provided on the EdgeOS platform and industry‑specific estimating and claims processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end EdgeOS rollout for assigned clients, tracking milestones and deliverables.
• Manage executive calendars and coordinate key meetings to keep leaders focused on priorities.
• Build and maintain scorecards, dashboards, playbooks, and internal memo systems, and drive their adoption.
• Monitor progress, follow up on action items, and hold stakeholders accountable to the plan.
• Communicate directly with clients to clarify expectations, gather information, and maintain momentum.
